Fátima Bonassa leads the team.

Ph.D. in International Law and Master in Economic-Financial Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo.

She is a specialist in negotiation and dispute resolution from Harvard Law School.

Lawyer, dedicated to national and international business advisory, specializing in complex negotiations, construction law, mediation, and national and international commercial arbitration, also acts in dispute boards.

Author of book chapters and articles on international trade and adequate dispute resolution methods.

Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). Mediator certified by CPR – International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR Neutral) and CDER – Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR Neutral).

Member of DRBF – The Dispute Resolution Board Foundation.
